Jack Knish
Secretary Jack Knish has a strong interest in San Diego Police Department history and is working diligently to acquire several other antique police motorcycles for our collection.
Secretary Knish joined the SDPD in 1986 and has worked a variety of assignments in both patrol and investigations. Among these are SWAT sniper, Field Training Officer and a Field Evidence Technician. Detective bureau assignments have included Street Gangs, Robbery, Sex Crimes and Child Abuse.
Mr. Knish became a member of the San Diego Police Historical Association in 2007. His first position was as a Deputy Director. He was elected Secretary in February 2008.
